Gobble Enterprises of TN will manage two distinct properties: District Five (coming fall of 2026 in Historic Downtown Lawrenceburg) and East Village (coming 2028 in East Lawrenceburg). Our purpose is to bring back the neighborhood feel in prime locations with spaces that outshine the competition both in quality and quantity. From amenities to communication, we can guarantee to stand out among the rest. All we need is you.

We require a background and credit check as part of the application review. The process is fair, understanding, and designed to move quickly- most applicants hear back promptly. A standard 12-month lease is typical, and our team is happy to discuss your specific situation.
